Tracy Mazy MSN, FNP-BC
Tracy Mazy, MSN, FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of clinical experience in acute care, leadership, and advanced practice. She began her career as a Registered Nurse in high-acuity hospital settings, including step-down units, telemetry, the DOU, and the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), where she built a strong foundation in complex patient care, critical thinking, and rapid clinical decision-making.
Throughout her nursing career, Tracy served as both a preceptor and clinical resource, supporting staff development while coordinating safe, efficient care for medically complex patients. Her calm, detail-driven approach and commitment to excellence have shaped her ability to deliver high-quality care while building trust and confidence with every patient she serves.
After years of caring for patients in high-stress, fast-paced environments, Tracy developed a deeper passion for wellness, prevention, and helping individuals feel their best long before health concerns become overwhelming. She believes that long-term health is built through consistent support, education, and personalized strategies that empower patients to take control of their bodies and their confidence.
As a Nurse Practitioner, Tracy is passionate about providing safe, evidence-based, and patient-centered care. She specializes in medical weight loss, wellness-based therapies, and hormone optimization, creating customized treatment plans designed to support improved energy, metabolism, and overall vitality. Jenna Goodwin MSN, FNP-C
Founder and Treatment Provider
Jenna Goodwin, MSN, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of clinical experience in acute care, leadership, and advanced practice. She began her nursing career in a high-acuity Pulmonary Step-Down Unit, where she cared for complex respiratory and medically fragile patients and served as a Charge Nurse, supporting both patient outcomes and team leadership.
She later transitioned to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), continuing to provide critical, detail-driven care to the sickest patients while again stepping into the role of Charge Nurse. Jenna’s leadership path continued as she became the Nursing Supervisor of the Pulmonary Step-Down Unit, overseeing unit operations, guiding staff, and ensuring safe, high-quality care.
After years of caring for critically ill patients, Jenna developed a deeper passion for prevention, longevity, and overall wellness. She fell in love with strength training, nutrition, and optimizing her own health, which inspired her to shift her focus toward helping others take control of theirs.
Today, Jenna specializes in medical weight loss, peptide therapy, and hormone optimization, delivering personalized, evidence-based treatment plans designed to support fat loss, metabolic health, confidence, and long-term wellness. She is passionate about empowering patients through education, close monitoring, and customized therapies—helping each person become the healthiest version of themselves.
Dr. Bharat Kothakota
Medical Director
Dr. Bharat Kothakota is a distinguished board-certified Emergency Physician with over a decade of experience, showcasing a profound commitment to healthcare. With a background spanning a decade in Emergency Medicine, he has served as a Medical Director for both the Emergency Department and a Concierge Practice, amassing over six years of leadership expertise.
In the realm of Aesthetic Medicine, Dr. Kothakota has dedicated five years to honing his skills. As the Owner and Medical Director of a thriving Medical Spa in Santa Monica since 2021, he has become a prominent figure in the aesthetics community.
His aesthetic journey is marked by extensive training and certifications, notably in Botox and Fillers. Dr. Kothakota has undergone advanced training with industry leaders such as Allergan and Galderma. Proficient in cutting-edge technologies, he excels in Morpheus 8 and Morpheus body treatments, showcasing a high level of expertise. His proficiency extends to InMode's Morpheus 8, Morpheus body, Evolve, and Lumecca IPL.
Dr. Kothakota has established his practice as one of the leading Coolsculpting centers on the Westside of Los Angeles, with extensive training from Allergan. His skills also encompass various aesthetic procedures, including Clear and Brilliant, Microneedling, PRP Hair Restoration, and PRP tear trough.
Beyond his clinical work, Dr. Kothakota is an innovator. He has developed a physician-supervised weight loss program in collaboration with Mounjaro and Ozempic, currently benefiting over 40 enrolled patients.
Currently, he serves as the Medical Director and Owner of Self Care LA, spearheading its growth and success. Additionally, he holds the position of Medical Director at Beyond Harmony, showcasing his leadership in diverse medical settings. Dr. Bharat Kothakota's multidimensional expertise and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable collaborator for any med spa or aesthetic practice.
